TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE

 

Colorado Lace (hereinafter, Company) agrees to provide customer with pick-up and delivery of cleaning services on the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Customer agrees to pay Colorado Lace for services rendered upon receipt of goods unless customer has made arrangements for the extension of credit. If credit terms have been extended by the Company, payment is due upon receipt of the Company's monthly statement. Customer further acknowledges and agrees to pay a service charge equivalent to one and one half percent of the outstanding balance on the customers account each month the account is more than 30 days past due until paid.
  2. Company agrees to pick up and deliver customer goods to an area designated by customer. In the event such pick up and delivery area is outdoors, customer agrees to hold company harmless and free from any liability resulting from the theft or mysterious disappearance of serviced goods prior to pick up by the company's duly authorized representative or after delivery of same. Damage or loss of goods resulting from weather, acts of God, or other conditions beyond the Company's control.
  3. Company agrees to process all customer goods in a professional and workmanlike manner.
